(1) Send your order to email address bizcasual.wear@gmail.com, or sms to BizCASUAL hotline at 81413710
(2) Provide simple details, include your name, mailing address, contact number (optional), product code, colour and size (if any) & quantity
(3) You will receive a confirmation from 'BizCASUAL' via email/ sms within 24 hours to confirm stock availability and *total bill amount
(4) Make your payment via I-banking or ATM funds transfer to POSB/DBS Saving A/C number112-50006-5
(5) Send us your name & payment transaction reference via return email/ sms to the earlier confirmation email/ sms that was send to you from 'BizCASUAL'
(6) Invoice will be send to you via email/ sms once order processed. An invoice reference number will be advised
(7) You will receive your order within 3 days upon receipt of invoice
(8) If you did not receive your order within 3 days, you may email/ sms to bizcasual.wear@gmail.com / 81413710 stating your name and invoice reference number
*Total bill amount shall include a postage charge of S$1.00 (up to max 2 items). Exceeding this qty, every additional item will incur extra S$0.50. All delivery will be arranged via normal postage, ie normal mailing.
You may request for delivery thru registered mail, with an additional charge of S$2.00. Just indicate 'send by registered mail'. For registered mail, if no recipient at the point of delivery, the postman will leave a receipt at your doorstep for collection at your nearest post office.
